I absolutely love this song. I don't care if they are "mainstream" or whatever. It's about the music. I agree with tragik in saying that it's too deep to be mainstream. Cuz if you listen to mainstream, it's not really that deep (in comparison to this song) Anyways AT rocks, and this song just means soo much to me. Whenever I hear it I think of Dillon, the guy I'm currently after, and I dunno, kinda gives me hope :D "Been on top of the world since about six months ago, Marking the first time I laid eyes on you. I lost all train of thought as I entered the room," I agree with that. No matter who it is, if someone takes your breath away the first time you see them ("love at first site") it's truly amazing, and you feel just wow... "It's been a hellish fight to not think about you all the time " That is hard to do. Maybe it's just me, but when I like someone it means I'm like "obessed" with them and can't stop thinking about them. To me this is a hopeful song. Although I can see how it would break up people. It all depends on how you interpet it. |

I think the song is basically about people and life. Face your fears, at least "with one eye open" and whatnot. Yet, keep pretending like it's alright, like it's going to be all right. (Hush little baby, don't say a word ) although then it says "it's just a beast under your bed" and it sounds like it's trying to tell you that evil is there... I don't know. Mybe I'm just insane xP |
