You know, I think this is one of the most beautifully sad songs I've ever heard. I first heard it on a CD that my brother burned for me in the fall, after my girlfriend and I had just broke up. I didn't sit around crying and drinking boxed red wine to it like some 40-year-old recently divorced housewife, but it did really punctuate how I felt at the time and all, at that particular time of year ("Do you ever miss her? Do you feel the cold wind whisper?"). Anyway, I've got nothing to contribute as to its meaning (I think the meaning is pretty clear anyhow), but if anyone knows where I can get a guitar tab for it, please e-mail me (hottmaledotcomm@hotmail.com). |

queenjane- You should log on to Kazaa (or whatever) and illegally download "Polar Opposites" by Modest Mouse. It's their best song ever, I think (better than "Float On," even). |
