I heard this is about a young boy who inherit's his fathers womanizing ways. Some lines in the song suggest he is a man of high importance in his country, see : "For if he is seen...then all will know". Some lines suggest him looking for peace with a prostitute while he's married, see : "if there are nine she's...they are bought for me". And then he realizes all of his mistakes see : "Leave her...without pith or feel...for he controls what there'll be". I think the second and third verse are meant me be sexual..."on top of the family tree" is figurative in two ways, meaning he puts the woman in front of his family or put her on top of his you-know-what. |

I heard this was a song about giving someone in your family that has screwed you over a second chance.
Personally, I feel it's about being fed up with someone but still willing to go out of your way for them. |

| Björk – Undo Lyrics

I pictured this song to be sort of religious. She does make some obvious religious references - "If you're bleeding, undo...If you're praying, undo". I also think its about how its not supposed to be hard mortifying everything that you've done wrong and just want to reset all the pain and take back everything. |
