For the last million years, minus the last few thousand, our ancestors have lived in tribes that were mostly peaceful and free. The nasty tribes were the minority, and even warlike tribes had rituals to minimize injury and death, and even hierarchical tribes took care of everyone. Living in balance with each other and the Earth is the human norm, and I don't think we have to strip ourselves down to Stone Age technology to do it, just choose our physical and cultural tools more wisely. And if you think its instinct, then how about this: Instinct is natural. Isn’t it what people call human nature? Well look around you. We have molded nature to our liking all around us. The streets, farms, anywhere you look. Then why can’t we do it to ourselves?
I love this song. Do you know why? Because Green Day is dumb as fuck. They preach revolution to all the kids out there that need to hear it and stand up to make a difference. They use the mainstream media to preach revolution. Or is it they use revolution to be apart of the mainstream. They are hypocrites. All they are doing is selling more and more through the corporate monopoly of this living nation. Ill post more later if I feel up to it explaining myself more. |

I maybe wrong but doesnt water from the ocean go up into the clouds or some crap like that. (sorry i havent really studied it or anything just heard it from a friend some time) |
