| Tiger Army doesn't claim to be strictly psychobilly. Regardless, nothing will top their first album. I also really loved Ghost Tigers Rise.. but this one just sounds like a bunch of reguritated bass lines and compositions from GTR. I enjoy it, and still love Tiger Army, but I was dissapointed with this release. You can't totally blame them though... 90% of their fan base in SoCal is 14-18yr old hispanic psychobilly/moz teeny-boppers... so it sounds like they're just trying to market to their fan base. Wouldn't be the first band to do that. | |

This song is soo amazing. It reminds me a lot of "In the Orchard" off Power of Moonlight. Nick's voice is so beautiful, and I could listen to this song over and over. To me this is just a really intimate song about his life. He's getting older, and looking back on past relationships - realizing that for the most part he's been alone and probably always will be kind of a loner. There's been good times and bad, but he has so many memories and true friends that will always be with him, and when those things aren't enough and he still feels depressed, he has the one thing that makes him truly happy - his music - to keep him going, and he wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. If you've ever seen Tiger Army live you can see this in watching Nick perform. He always seems so at home on stage, and I think he is such an amazing musician. <3 txaxnxd |

When I saw them live last week he dedicated this song to the memory of Johnny Ramone which I thought was the sweetest thing ever.
