Even tho its on an anti-bush political album im fairly sure its written about an ex girl/boyfriend. I explain the chorus the rest of the song just fits the meaning nicely. 'Wake up, and face me Don't play dead, cause maybe Someday I'll walk away and say You dissapoint me Maybe you're better off this way ' Bassically dont ignore me, your playing dead and not wanting to listen to reason. I will leave you if you dont sort yourself out you are probably better off without me in the current state your in I know will be. |
