This is also one of my favorite Bright Eyes songs. The ending is beautiful. It's kind of good to find one of his songs not spammed up with MTV fangirls. |

*reads back through the comments, amused* Oh my Jesus, the person who created this site was just a kid? SERIOUSLY??? (Well, if SongMeanings wasn't lying, he/she's around 17 now?) omgomgomgomgomgdudesomg. I laugh at myself because I liked this song when I was little. |

| Frou Frou – The Dumbing Down of Love Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Noxious, I do believe it's "will you listen?". I turned it up and listened closely, and there was an L pronounced at the beginning, not an M. | |
| Frou Frou – Must Be Dreaming Lyrics | 21 years ago |
|
Even though the story was seemingly unnecessary, the harsh, rude comments did not belong either, making the authors of those hypocrites And there was nothing "sickly" about what he said, unless you're not into human/human contact. I defend the first comment because if you read into it a bit, it represents the song perfectly. "Must be dreaming Or we're on to something Must be dreaming For, I don't fall in love lawlessly Must be dreaming Oh, pinch me to waking So undeniably yours As long as I'm losing it so completely " Michi apparently loves this girl completely. She's "undeniably" his, and he is "undeniably" hers. The love seems like a beautiful dream, but thankfully is a beautiful reality. Wonderful song. |

| Frou Frou – Let Go Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Tee hee hee, I'm going to be one of those stupid music elitists that say, "Haha, I knew about Frou Frou waaaaaay before the movie "Garden State" came out!" Aside from that being true, this is an utterly beautiful song. I nearly fainted when I heard it on TV for the preview. Funny that it happened to be my favorite song on the album already. Her voice is filled with a sort of saddened wanting. Let go, as the title says. Go for it, "whatcha waiting for"? Don't worry about the possible downfall of what you do, because there's even "beauty in the breakdown". Just. let. go. | |
| Barenaked Ladies – What A Good Boy Lyrics | 21 years ago |

I laugh at Skeezmo for trying to insult someone via a comments page. *applauds* But anyway, this is the truth. Steven stated, and I quote, that "it's an idealistic twenty-one year-old's view of gender roles." This is also my favorite BNL song. |
