i think this is a guy who's held in his feelings and is passive and he's "about to detonate" and explode w/his true feelings towards ppl. and when he says "just believe me when i tell you it's alright" i would say that they really aren't and he's got something to say, but again is being passive. Lots of aggression in this song. isn't it great? |

| This song to me is about a kid who tries to fit in or be "cool" like everyone else, and even though he might get acceptance he doesn't feel like the real him. and then he realizes he doesn't need those people b/c if he can't be himself around them, he's better off on his own. | |
