I agree with fuggedd. punk is a spirit; a way of life. maybe even a principle. punk is in no way dead it is just rare. i always thought it was about not caring, being different and unconcerned. this wave of new school punk is completely different to the old school stuff and in many ways they shouldnt really be compared.i dont really agree with square pusher at all. i feel that if thats your opinion then in effect, in your opinion punk never really existed because the principles behind all those bands werent real. im sure it was all for show and like u said..to sell. im no poser.. i just dont agree :)

i totally agree with you amila. this song is just the perfect song that you can listen to in any situation. i love the way it almost doesnt make sense. its amazing. i love natalie imbruglia, although she doesnt write her music i really think she is an inspiration.

I read in Kerrang! magazine in an interview with Mr.Boyd himself that this song was written by brandon about brandon. i cant remember exactly what was said but it was something along the lines of a time in his life where he stepped out and attempted to look at his life from and outsiders point of view and suddently realising how idiotic he must seem to other people and how shocked he was to see the truth. i thought that was pretty intresting but in my opinion it is definately one of the weaker songs on a crow left. =o)

I totally agree outside_irony. i think the lyrics are completely immense and that it should have been included on a crow left. i went to see them in manchester and was a bit gutted the didnt play pantomime since ive heard they do play it live often. infact their whole set was a bit bizarre really. they ended with are you in which was a bit surprising. ahh well either way they rocked my socks off :D
