Personaly I think its sad that you're worried so much about this song, so what, the guy has the preferred sexual preferance of a female, get a life or come out of the closet already. that was a reply from my mate, not form me. 'Ion out |

| Franz Ferdinand – Tell Her Tonight Lyrics | 21 years ago |

I think it is about flirting, and LeoVK, your interpretation of it really hit it on the spot for me. I'd like to add to thayt that it may also be about how whe nyou meet a girl you really like you somehow get the idea that she knows everything, and realises, of course, that you like her. You put her on a pedestal in your mind. "I only watched her walk, but she saw it" He only glances at her, and she seems to know, just like that. Just my interpretation. I relate to it in that way anyway. 'Ion out |

| hey, if you think this song will turn you gay, you and me should get together some time. | |
| Led Zeppelin – Friends Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| another underrated Zep song. I sometimes wonder if people are too wrapped up in Stairway to Heaven to appreciate some of their peices, like this one. | |
| Led Zeppelin – Tangerine Lyrics | 21 years ago |

This is my funeral song. Sad to be planning what song I want played at my funeral? Without a doubt. But Stairway to Heaven is the No.1 funeral song of all time, and I don't feel the need to conform. I can see how you would listen to it when you're heartbroken. I reckon this is one of Plant's best peices of vocals, but that's just my humble opinion. 'Ion out |

| KoЯn – Another Brick in the Wall Parts 1, 2 and 3 (Pink Floyd cover) Lyrics | 21 years ago |

honestly, I don't think this song does justice to the original, in that the style is just a little _too_ different. On the other hand, I enjoy the rif a lot. When you listen to the Pink Floyd and the Korn versions back to back, you realise that there is very little similarity between the original rif and the new one, which makes you think, why not apply that rif to original lyrics and avoid bastardising a classic song. Ass Ripping Metal, _please_, it makes it so much easier to understand what you're trying to say if you spell and use proper punctuation. Proof read your posts; this is a forum, not a chat room. |

| Scissor Sisters – Take Your Mama Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| It's a sad song, and I agree that it's about a gay guy coming out of tyhe closet to his mother. it's something that really does happen, and it happened to one of my freinds. He came out to his parents, and his Dad just kind of ignored it, and his mother refused to beleive it. It must be hard to come out in the open to your parents, then to have them not accept it. It's bad enough the shit he gets for it at school. | |
| Ozzy Osbourne – Aimee Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Very nice song. If there's one thing I love about Ozzy, it's the way he can show emotion in his singing voice. Just listening to this song, you really feel his emotion. Almost makes ME want to break down and cry! | |

| great song, obviously no meaning, but a great one anyway. I love the live version from How The West Was Won. | |
| Led Zeppelin – Celebration Day Lyrics | 21 years ago |

I think this song is about someone who seems false, who doesn't ring true with Plant. Maybe someone who isn't forward enough about her emotions. Dunno about the reference to 'the promised land', but I suspect the chorus is meant to be sarcastic. |
