This band does not have talent. I seriously do not understand the attraction to this "emo" style of music when all the artists sound exactly alike, save a few. I don't mind that these artists have personal dramas that they want to express through lyrics. I respect that. I just don't understand why everyone else makes such a big deal over them. Why all this popularity for a band that sounds like so many others out there? People really need to start giving individuality and real musical talent some credit. Just my opinion. |

First of all, I absolutely adore this song. I'm really not a big fan of "emo" in general, but I respect Saves The Day because they sound different than the regular artists of this genre, who usually all sound the same to me. The song is about a guy who likes a girl so much that he's nervous around her- to an extent that he doesnt even want to be with her because he hates that lack of confidence. It's that feeling of idolizing/falling for someone so much that you're too scared to even come near them, for fear that they might not feel the same way about you. great song. love the accoustic version as well. |

I've been to Ocean Avenue, and yet, I still can't seem to appreciate this song... or this band for that matter. Come on guys, there are better musicians out there that deserve the popularity these guys are getting. Just my opinion. |
