I gotta comment on the post by zzzz that Joey wrote this because Johnny stole his girl. This is complete bullshit. KKK was written in 1980 and Johnny didn't screw around with Joey's girl until much later. KKK just sounded cool and it worked. No deeper message than that. Its just a narative hook. No more.
