For me this song is quite unusual as when I'm listening to it feel more like it's being addressed to me rather than me addressing it to someone. Maybe this is just because of my experiences, I don't know - anyone else feel like this? At any rate it's interesting to see what it might be like on the other side of the story. |

These days won't last, but they're amazing while they do. I don't think you even need to listen to the lyrics to 'get' this song, the music says it all, it hits you right in the stomach. The version with the extended outro is better than sex. |

Sodding thing sent it before I'd finished. Anyway, I can really relate to this song. Everyone says 'just be yourself' but sometimes it's really hard to know how to be yourself, and sometimes it feels like you've actually lost yourself, and that is terrifying. And that's what I think this song is about, or that's what it means to me anyway. |
