| This songs style is definitely sung in the way most childrens songs are sung. The tune is simple and its repetative. A lot of childrens songs were based on things such as epidemics and war. for example ring around the rosie was actually based on the Bubonic Plague and if you really listen to the lyrics, it makes sense. I feel like this song could be about war sung with happy irony. the scarves could symbolize a specific side in the war and I feel as though hes describing someone getting shot.
