The CD is Steal This Album, because of what happened with the leaked songs
S.O.A.D lost a lot of money, I however didn't get these leaked and I am glad I didn't, I baught Steal This Album the day it came back and although they havn't released anything from it (at least to my knowledge) I love the CD. There are so many songs on it which could be released.
I would always spend my money on S.O.A.D even if I had their songs leaked, proof of this is that I have 2 copies of the Aerials Single and 2 copies of the Toxicity album, lol, and I'm going to get another 2 copies of it as well if I can get hold of them (there are different kinds, there are the normal, the card, the metallic and the red) i have the normal and limited edition metallic :P
anyway, as for the song American Dream Denial (A.D.D.)
To me this song is about the coruption of the american government, would have been a good time to release around the U.S. election times, along with Boom!. But I think this song is basically sayig, why the fuck should we give a fuck about the government when the government doesn't give a fuck about us, they just want money and they are getting it any way they can, at the expense of the American Dream which is what American Citizens live for; Example: Bush/Iraq. All the same brilliant song. The first verse sends shivers down my spine; it's so true to modern day government handlings. Our troops are fighting in iraq, most of them are either coming back in pieces or not coming back at all. |

Yeah eminem hates gays, thats why he performed on TV with Elton John cos he hates gays.. Maybe you should read through some of his lyrics again, referring to sing for the moment, he talks about saying things like guns etc is to sell records, he doesnt actually beleive in it, same goes for gay he says he hates them but its not true, its to sell records to silly homophobes who think they are cool cos eminem says he hates gays. |

As for the song. At first I didnt really like it, but after listening through it a few times, I've gotten to quite like it, I must admit, not one of his best, by a long shot, but great lyrics. I hope it gets through to just enough of the idiots thinking of voting bush. |

I agree with the MTV statment. Financially, my parents earn above 30,000 pounds per year, to get college grants etc.. you need to be earning under that amount, but we dont get that, so we have enough money to pay for our hosue car bills holidays etc.. and thast it we have no money left over for other stuff, and it seems as though all the people who earn just under 30k and get all these benefits actually get more money than us we are stuck in the middle cos we get screwed over by the government and so the people who cant be arsed to work end up with more and we arn't rich so we can only just get by with the money we earn. sucks really. but yeah, i can see hwo the song relates to that. :) |

Yeah this is my other favorite on the album, the new album is really great, i change my favorite like every time i listen to it because they are all to easy to relate too, but yeah, this song, "no one else will have me like you do, no one else will have me, only you" I love that line, so much, it makes me cry. |

another of my favorites, absoloutly love this song to bits, I noticed people comparing it to My Sundown, but I don't think you can, they are both about completly different things. This song, i beleive is a work of art, but not an ender to the album, I think 'When I want' Is a good ender to the album, well, the special edition one anyway, but the none special edition, '23' ends it extremly well as that is a great song, but as for this song, I just love it so much it sends chills down my spine the lurics and music and everything is just amazing. |

This song, is only a bnous track on the new album, but hell, it is my favorite song, I beleive that this song is talking about being afraid of being who you really are. I relate to this song, because there is this guy who i like, who seems to be afraid because he may be bisexual, he doesnt know and he told me pissed that he didnt want anyone to find out, and, that isn't what this song is talking about, but it relates to what this song is talking about, and he is basically saying it's okay to be who you are and what you have done doesnt matter, I dunno, i just really love this song. |
