i know that in alot of Rastafarian talk they mess around with words and stuff. i.e. downpressor man instead of opressor man because if you are opressed or opressing you are not lifting up, but bringing down; but what is the significance of "A yot a-yook, but d' yood no 'nough" when he later states "A pot a-cook, but you no 'nough" ????? |

I think this song is about how people do shit just because of pressure from society, trying to fit in. Life becomes fake "she cleans the bathroom mirror so she can line her eyes. an expert in delusion, an artist in disguise". it also makes reference to sex in society, no meaning to it anymore, just another thing you do. a shame really |
