He met his love and when she broke up with him (or whatever happened, had to be terrible)he was born into this miserable
state of december all the time and his love stayed in his blood, with him forever.
The first part of the song could be about a potential friend to Davey and Davey tries to warn him about himself that
he is just a tradegy, the potential guy friend still persists becuz of something davey has (the sculptures, sugar and ice)
Davey sees that this guy needs love but davey knows whats in his blood and tells this guy of the horrible things that happened to him ( he bit my lip and drank my war from years before)
The second part of the song is about a good girl ( she exhales vanilla lace) that davey doesnt care too much about
(I barely dreamt her yesterday) She tries to get close to him and finds him writing on the mirror with lipstick with
the words "forever" she says to his face "It seems you're somewhere far away" saying this, trying to get closer to davey
looking for daveys love, davey knows he taste of blood and tells her of his tradegy from years before and how he is born
into december everyday state of mind....

This song and afi are amazing, i think all of AFIs song are self explanatory and can fit with just about everyone (except maybe non AFI fans)
I think its a song about him foreboding something evil that will happen to him that he nevers wants to happen but it does and now he feels trapped inside this pain and even though he tries to get out of it he cannot and realizes that all his life he will be going through this pain, something like that :-D
