How is it possible that no one's commented on this song??? It's amazing beyond words..this has to be my favorite Across Five Apirls song. "Thougtless human shut your mouth You broke my heart " Honestly. Does it get any better than that? |

Yeah, I have to agree with autumns gone, that's definitely the best part of the song...but "So I take this opportunity To tell you what you don't mean to me " has to be a close second. As for the meaning, its definitely about a break up and how the other person was a fake who only cared about what was on the outside and thinks they they're above every one else. I could be wrong though |

How is it possible that no one has commented on this incredible song? Honestly, the first time I heard it I wanted to cry. As far as the meaning goes, I think it's pretty self-explanatory. The girl that he's in love with died and he's trying to get over her death but he can't stop loving her. The vocals in this song are absolutely amazing and it's by far Dear Whoever's best song. "I gave you the stars, because I can. I tore them from the night. Understand... They're in your hand. God made them shine to prove that you were mine" Just beautiful. |

First, I def agree with farewellregret. I think the song is about not wanting the see something about another person that, for everyone else, seems to be in plain sight. Hence the line, "You hid something obvious from me". Second, the line "Scream a little bit louder for me baby" kicks major ass, it's just sung so well. This song is simply amazing. At first I was sort of thrown off by the fact that it wasn't sung but when I listened to the words i realized how incredible it was. "I just wish the story didn't end this way, Cause i'm still in love with the person who helped me write it." That has to be some of the best lines ever written. |
