HMMM? seems to me that some ppl are forgetting that this is a song MEANINGS website not a song DISSING website!!! ok well anyways now that i have that off my chest. im gonna try to keep this as short as possible. Adam (the boy this song was named after) did in fact kill himself and his parents gave Blink his suicude note and thus they made bits and pieces of the lyrics for the song. the line " i traced the cord back to the wall no wonder it was never pluged in at all" refers to when Tom was practicing in his garage and the cord to his amp was in a puddle and if it was plugged in it could have killed him. and they where so bummed about being on tour that when it was all over with they thought geeze we did survive this didnt we? W/E ne ways just thought i should let u know this ok and the only person i think is a poser is Avril !!!!! hmm ok to all u ppl who think blink is a "poser" let me remind you that if the music is good you shouldnt be dissing them cuz that kinda defeats the purpose of calling someone a posser now doesnt it??? i expect @ least a few replys! |

Ok OMG all of your replys have had so much meaning and i dont know how to compare what i thimk to yours but for all you ppl who say it is anti religion i honestly dont think it is i think it is his strong rightfully voiced opinion!! I think the song means if you didnt kill him or put that spear into his side than why do u have to worship him when uyou didnt do anything wrong such as killing jesus on the cross. It is hard to put into words what i truley mean but i think ppl get the general idea I think God glorifys himself way to much Yea i do believe in God (so does Satan by the way but Satan doesnt worship God now does he) If we where only put on this earth to be told that were all sinners and where going one a one way path to hell unless we worship this person who we've never seen than i can fully understand where APC is going with this song !! |
