I believe this song is about someones wife/girlfriend is cheating on him, and hes following her "stalk the idol kind" and hes doing some investication on it "If you're leaving just let me know Tobacco and peppermint, dusting for fingerprints A film in her eyes from the glow" "I've seen what happens to the wicked and proud when they decide to try to take on the throne for the crown" This line here makes me believe that the wicked is the girl, and the proud is him. shes wicked because shes off cheating on him, and hes proud to just be with her, and that hes must of seen this all befor with maybe a friend. |
