Sup people. This song I think is pretty clear what it means. If I'm wrong please correct me, but it seems this song is about God. "Stealing rays from the sun so bright Join a million people in the church tonight I trust in you" That hand he is referring to in the song is God. Very touching and spiritual song. |

| I agree with runnerconk. The video also explains it. The 2 kids with baseball bats symbolizes his girlfriend who he loves, but does not love him back, he doesnt see the kids because he does not want to admit to hisself that his girlfriend does not love him back. When the boy does all these things to himself, trying to jump through a glass door, jump down steps, etc., resembles the fact that he goes through all this pain for her and she does not care, and could also mean that he tries to make risks that hurt him to make her happy, yet when he falls, she doesnt help him get back up. The meaning is complicated if you have not been through something like it, it shows that no matter how much you love somebody, (especially a girl) they do not care, all they care about is themselves, OR vice versa with a girl loving a boy. | |
