A nice song. Probably the best off the album, along with I Cried For You and Spider's Web, which, incidently, were all written by Katie Melua. A bit on the thin side in terms of lyrics - the song is made longer by a verse of "Ooh, ooh ooh" but Katie's voice makes it better than some of the crap that's on the album. Kudos. |

This song is, I guess, the first one that'll be released as a single and which will really showcase Katie's songwriting ability. A beautifully crafted song. The only thing that might put people off is the intended naivety in the question on the first line of the song. If people just sit down and take time to actually listen to the lyrics, this has the potential to because a very popular and well-received song. It's due to be released on the next album and is my favourite Katie Melua song of the lot. It strays a bit from the Jazzy style in Call off the Search, but Katie has said that she has influences of jazz in her music, yet she doesn't consider herself a jazz artist. If the other 10 or so songs on the next album are as thought-provoking and catchy as this one, then I think she might be on to yet another winner. Keep it up Katie! |

A hugely fun song, which is much more upbeat than the other songs on the album. Some have criticised her music, labelling it 'bland' - if this was released as a single, which I think it ought to, then her supposed 'blandness' will disappear. Katie can do sexy as well serious, so I'm told. |

A more upbeat song on an album of mellowness. Katie released this as a single earlier in the year but didn't do very well. I think Faraway Voice or Belfast would've been better songs to release as a single. |

This was the song that first made me notice Katie. This song was always going to go mainstream and the album shot to no. 1 because of it. Perhaps overplayed if you're a Katie fan, but still a wonderful song. |
