Its about people that are only straight edge because its the cool thing to do or just because all there friends are doing it, but they become so obsessed with it it basically becomes like a drug. In the end when Marc says "this is my choice i made it i live by it my life is my own" hes saying hes chosen himself to be straightedge and hes gonna stay that way no matter what, and in the next line when he says are you in control hes talking about the people that do it cause of there friends asking are they in control of there lives | |

Ok here i go, I love anti-flag always have always will theres not a song of theirs i dont like and to everyone who says anarchy cant work, when you say anarchy cant work your implying that its a system a system is A social, economic, or political organizational form thats taken off of dictionary.com anarchism couldnt work with a "Group"of people because that wouldnt be anarchism anarchism is the about the solitary about one self not a group of people its about yourself being able to live free without outside oppresion which also means you yourself dont oppress,its self-government so the only person that you would have to worry about running around killing people not doing the right thing is yourself and if you cant figure out right an wrong for yourself or anyone else for that matter what makes you think that the government can a government elected by those people who cant figure right and wrong for themselves sound pretty screwy to me.Anrchy doesnt mean chaos and destruction as so many people believe only people create chaos and destruction but then believing in putting those people in power giving them access to nukes and missiles and the power to do what they want is a strange way to prevent chaos people dont stop killing each other just cause some politician decided killing is bad you say anrchy wouldnt work cause people would try to kill each other with no consequence but look around almost everyday you hear about someone getting killed or murder well theres consequences isnt there but still people continue to kill each other,the governments not just americas government all governments starting and taking part in endless wars and military interventions that have taken hundreds of millions of human lives but yet we still need a government to try to keep us from hurting our neighbors no true anarchist would ever think of killing someone for no reason, only the authoritarian would do something like that the basis of anarchism is simple "do it yourself" everything else follows from this........... i could go on for hours but im tired so heres some nice websites for all you governmental slaves www.nogov4me.net www.crimethinc.com (you can get a free book while your here called fighting for our lives) www.againstme.net www.akpress.org |
