dude coheed is so confusing, i don't even bother anymore... i love knowing a lot about a band all the stuff that goes in to their music but when you hear this song, that shit doesnt even matter. this song just makes you feel good for w/e reason it might be. i gave up on understanding them, im all about seeing them live and cranking their shit in my car now!! |

well i didn't exactly bother to read all 144 messages posted about the meaning, but most of them we're off... if anyone ever purchased "Maybe Memories," The Used's live cd/ dvd in the booklet it gives the meaning behing the song:
"This is a song about being proud of what we were doing for once and loving music to the fullest. The idea actually came from some sheet music. A box full of sharp objects represents a measure of time on paper with quarter notes."
but yeah once again i apologize if i didnt see your message already posted explaining this, but if you take the time to read all these at least you'll see the explanation from the band themselves in the CD they released... speaking of which NEW THE USED CD COMING OUT...
