I think she says I want to die, then again it could be I long to die, oh well. I think this song is about someone commiting suicide and longing for deliverance though they're denied from heaven even though they let Jesus Christ into their hearts. |

They are not a Christian band. They clarified that a long time ago. Anyways I think this song, or at least this is what is spoken to me when I listen to it, is about you becoming conscious of something that it makes you fell like you're opening your eyes for the first time. |

I personally don't like it when people don't start off their OPINION with "I think...", because have any of you asked them personally what the song means... hmm. This is just what the song says to me but anyways. I think this song is saying she doesn't want the truth she only wants to hear what she desires, which is that he (or she) loves her back regardless if it's the truth or not. |

I like this song a lot. It says a lot as well. Ilove this band and it's just amazing how talented they are at writing songs. Besides, I'm tired of hearing songs about sex. Well this has nothing to do with the meaning of the song but oh well. This song's meaning is preety much self-explanatory so if you're smart you can figure it out yourself.
