The way I take this is Jane is a prostitute, who is tired of making her living by selling herself, or so she says. But she also knows she is going to have to go back to Sergio if she wants to live. She feels naked without her wig because its has become a part of her, she doesnt know what it is like to live without it. She wants to go away but she has to kick her drug habit first. Jane has been loved (had sex with) by so many she doesnt know what real love is, to her its sex sex sex. But she is so hopeless and helpless it doesnt matter anyways. |
