alright...randomdude, screw off...obviosly you are not a real fan if you do not appriciate the changes in metallica...you are just the the rest of the whole damned word, you are afraid of change. and who the hell are you to tell me i am not a real fan. i never said the rest of metallica was not good, i just said that i like the new album as well. before you jump to conclusions about what other people said, think about what you say before you make yourself sound like an idiot. as i said, i never said i didnt like the rest of metallica, so you made yourself an idiot with your comment.

i agree with most of you. this song is my favorite on the album (try my world if you like this one). most people i know say that this album is not metallica. i say that metallica changes there style a little bit on every album...what do you guys have to say about it? |

okay, just joined and read this...as for the old slipknot thing, they are good, yes, good...but there is no way in hell that they will ever measure up to metallica. as for the whole cristianlovingod fiasco...religion is worthless, it was all set up a world away, the laws of religion do not apply anymore. the world has changed and, face it, the rules have changed. this song was a sign post in metal. as shown, a lot of people would never had heard of metallica if it werent for this song...same for me. as for need4creed, you are wrong, as AC/DC said, rock and roll is just rock and roll and it aint ever gonna die. you want to know why, rock and roll is the product of generations of music evolution into the perfect genre. nothing can beat rock and roll because it is pure, raw emotion and yes, all these bands like creed and nickleback and mudvayne are just whiners, but obviously that is what people want to hear. i am from the seattle area so i also know a few things about nirvana and pearl jam. the seattle scene is dead, but the music will live on. these are just my views. metallica rules all and will prevail, pop is only popular for a while and the world moves on, metallica is forever. |
