I moved to ohio from michigan when a parent died. When i came back to visit michigan for the weekend i found the guy who i had liked since forever. we got close over the three days and i didnt wanna go home, becuz i knew if i could only stay then i would have him. But now i have to find a way to keep our small relationship going, until the next time i come back. Eventually i will live there, in 2 more years... but I have to make sure we stay close until then. This song is so simular to my situation. The first verse: I miss his laugh Second: i want to hold him up before any other relationship, i miss him so much it hurts 3rd: i keep his picture next to my bed, just so i wont ever forget to see him or call or grow further apart 5th: with him being four hundred miles away i feel broken, like i need him always and i feel so alone. 6th: it just doesnt seem right how he is so far away 7th: sometimes i think he has forgotten me, or the weekend when i came up. 8th: when i go back there, nothing will be wrong and i dont have to be afraid of anything cuz im there and thats all that will matter. 10th: if i was just there i could be with him and learn so much more about him but im not. |
