Why do all pop-punk bands sound basically the same? Like, they all sing with that same...voice. Yellowcard, New Found Glory, Simple Plan...etc, they all sound like the same singer. Something about it reminds me of a noise that would make small dogs go crazy. Catchy melody, though. All is not lost to bad vocals. |

This song is most likely either about somebody dying and not being able to cope with it, and still feeling like they should be there, or about a broken up relationship. Either way, the song is beautiful in it's simplicity. Amy has an amazing voice. I'm not quite sure I like Evanescence's music, but you can't deny her voice is amazing. |

This is the most evil sort of song there is. It's catchy, it gets stuck in your head, and it sits there and won't leave. Just when you think it's gone, you hear it on the radio again, and you HAVE to listen. It's not really a good song, but it has a certain something that makes it addicting. Damn you, Hoobastank. |

I never heard of this band before, but this song is pretty good. I really enjoy the video; it's so cute and strange. Well, maybe cute isn't the word for it, but it's cute in a disturbing way. Anyway, yeah, it seems that the idea of the song is that no matter how bad things get, life goes on. |

What is the difference if Avril fits the "definition" of what punk is or isn't? As long as she is having a good time doing her thing, and living her life the way she wants to, then does it really matter? I thought the whole point behind "punk" was living by your own convictions and not letting anybody else dictate how you act; doing what you want, how you want, because it makes you feel good. So, whatever makes her happy. Obviously, this song isn't a work of musical genius, but it is catchy, and kids will like it. And people will make money off of it. So, if you don't like it, just don't listen. I don't really like Avril, but if this song comes on the radio, I won't switch the station, because it isn't THAT terrible. |
