Okay, this is a different take on the song. I think it is about an elderly friend (maybe even a grandmother) who is starting to lose touch with reality. A grandmotherly figure who no longer remembers life and those in it. She can't remember her hobbies or the things she loved even if she once enjoyed life to the fullest. First Verse: could be about her social circle of friends who eventually stopped keeping in touch once she started to slow down. Second Verse: Could mean that she tends to stare off into space, and Amanda is trying to patiently keep in personal contact with her by looking on the bright side. And apparently, the woman's friends no longer keep in touch once she was moved to a nursing home/hospital. Third Verse: (Maybe a week . . . ) Maybe they moved the woman to a retirement home in Florida to hope it raises her spirits. They spent all this money, trying to make her happy by giving her a nice view . . and the woman retreats back, in her catatonic state, realizing something was missing (the dryer) but unable to place it. Anyway, there is an alternate thought. It reminds me of people that tend to get left at nursing homes and forgotten about by friends and family. |

| I don't think you can really take this too seriously. For all you emos out there who are gravely offended by this song, you should learn to laugh a bit (maybe only in private). Goths can laugh at themselves for the stuff that gets publish/sung/whatever about them. Looks at JTHM (Johnny the Homicidal Maniac respectively), just think of this song as your JTHM and try to relax. If you don't like the song, leave the room. | |

This is going to sound really dorky, but I do not care. This song really reminds me of Daredevil (comics), and how he's constantly trying to struggle against every force that seems to step in his path. Weither it be the death of his many girlfriends, or all the villians finding out who he is because of the Kingpin. Especially with parts like "No more games It won't feel the same if I hold my anger inside There's no meaning My soul is bleeding I've had enough of your kind One suggestion, use your descretion Before you label me blind" This happens to be my favorite song off this album because I love the angst hinted in it with the bite of anger. Confrontational music is the best especially when it's done with an emotional twist. |

Wow, no one's commented? I like it. It's creepy, it's emotional and quarky at the same time. This could be about anything from a mental paient trapped in a room: "I wish I could move by my limbs are bound." It also talks about voices in one's head. Maybe it's about one mental patient that befrends another, the latter killing herself and she comes in the girl's dreams to reassure her that things are alright. |

Have you ever noticed, that abortion isn't just a form of "choice"? The pathetic part is, that people rarely stop at one. It gets easier and easier to stop the life early on and it's being used as a form of birthcontrol. From personal experience, I'm related to a woman who had 9 abortions. Why? She didn't want to use another form of birth control. That's NINE potential children she could of avoided getting pregnant with. I hear excuses like, "What if the woman was raped?" If she was raped, I think we need to start immediately taking charge and really punishing those who rape. Here's an idea. Actually go to the doctor or hospital and get a D and C before the cell growth becomes a real life. They call it rape kits. Not only are you not burdened with a life that was started in a moment of fear and rage, but you can get information about the attacker to put him behind bars so that he won't do it to someone else. You know what they do to rapists in prison? They let the punishment fit the crime. |

Personally I get this interesting mental image of a Tim Burton claymation style going on where this little girl is just ends up stalking this guy after giving her an innocent kiss. I can just see her innocently (or not so) showing up like The Raven from Poe's story behind the glass with a sweet smile while he sweats away on the other side. It's almost like this little sweet "innocent" girl is baiting him as much as she can. |
