| There seems to be an aire of definance in "I hold it back / and keep it sugarless," when compared to the notion that this person could otherwise have some right to complain, or has just come to realize she/he's "over it." I picture this being about a romantic relationship, possibly from the point of view of someone having come out of one bruised and now teetering on the cusp of going back in for another... unexpectedly; so let's put on a smile ("teeth like stars") and see with guarded optimism ("I hold it back") what might happen with this sudden adventure's materialization. | |

I think of these principles before my boss calls me in to a meeting, or when arguing with anyone, for that matter. Corrections to above lyrics: 5) Vary the attack to FIT the situation. I see what you do. I keep on RIGHT THROUGH. I see what YOU'LL BE, WHAT YOU'LL DO. |
