I love this song! It's my second favorite Saves The Day song. One thing I noticed is that maybe there's a little bit of a suicide underlining to this song. Like at the part "...tomorrow might not come if I don't let it" I'm not sure though. Great song |

This is my favorite song of all time. The story goes: Mark read a letter a kid wrote to his parents before he commited suicide, which he had recieved as an email. Blink took that & they're feelings of loneliness on tour & wrote this song. It's really about suicide but it has a happy ending. I can really relate to this song. "I never thought I'd die alone/ I laughed the loudest who'd have known?" |

"Always Ten Feet Tall" is my favorite Saves The Day song. The first time I read the lyrics & heard the song I just thought "This is so me" like when Chris says "...am I dreaming? Is this really me? because I've never felt so not lonely..." I really relate to that. Chris Conley is an amazing song writer. Probably the best in the business. |

Ok it does not mean Chris is bi! It's just that sometimes he wishes he was like the stereotypical Abercrombie boys who have seemingly perfect friends. This song kind of mocks that cliche when it says "...they'd always be there for me, i wouldn't look bad, they wouldn't talk behind my back.' It's also about how society favors the "beautiful" Anyways, it's a great song. |
