Firstly Sid Vicious is not god at all, he had no talent and he is not what Punk-Rock is all about... Sorry to say this but he was just a drugged up arsehole.
Secondly The Sex Pistols did not invent Punk Music... Punk was being played by bands such as the New York Dolls and The Stooges before the Pistols, also The Ramones and The Damned came before... and when thinking about it Punk also takes from many other types of music such as the old 60's Mod bands such as The Who.
Anyway, the song is pretty good... and Sid Vicious doesn't personafy punk... well he does if your idea of punk is talentless shit... which it isn't... pfft.. I'd much rather listen too The Clash then this shit... laters |
