just fyi this song was origanally written by the yardbirds (which page, beck, and clapton were all a part of at one time) then in the middle of the yardbirds tour the band broke up cept page and he had to keep touring so he hired people to be in his band and Pete Townshend (lead guitarist of The Who) said that the band "will go down like a led zeppelin" meaning that the band wont make it far in the music career and the band decided to take Led Zeppelin as their name. |

I KNEW IT! cause the day i typed this in i saw a question on who wants to be a millionaire on gsn that said what were grateful dead fans called and the answer was deadhead...but i thought the sticker had nothing to do with grateful dead fans so i didnt even say anything about it...thanks though |
