This song helped me to finally ask my girlfriend out. I am not outgoing at all so I've never had a girlfriend before. My mom divorced my dad when I was in 6th grade causing me to not be able to create relationships with females. Unlike other girls in my school, church, etc. she was the only one that I never stopped liking. The song means (at least to me) that what really worried me about this girl is the fact that she is a woman. I was so afraid of being rejected again, that it took me forever to ask her out. All is well now with us, I'm deeply in love and she is as well. I don't plan on letting her go. I have this song to thank for her. |
