OK this song was written, when they were rewriting their old song Association (Runaway Demo). Most of the songs on HT are old Xero songs remade, so that they fit Chester, instead of Mark Wakefield. But during the righting, they had to have Mark help them, cause he sitll did right most of the original song. So he kept telling Chester that he was ruining the song or something along those lines, and chester flipped out on him and started screaming shit like shut the fuck up at him (the shut up part). So Chester was all pissed off and wrote a song about it. "I cannot take this anymore I'm saying everything I've said before" is about Mark only half listening to his ideas. "All these thoughts they make no sense I found bliss in ignorance" is about trying to understand what Mark wrote "Association about. So this song is basically Chester being pissed off about not understanding the song "Runaway". The reason he doesn't like it is because hes so pissed with himself for flipping out on one of Mike Shinoda's best friends for such a stupid reason. Mark Wakefield was LP's original singer when they were Xero (he brad and rob were all jewish), he left the band, because they sent out tons of demos and eps to record labels, but they got ignored, and he is now quite wealthy anyways cause he's now Taproot's manager, (that's how they got stephen richards booked for P5HNG.ME.4*WY |

It's about Chester's wife. It's pretty much just a remake of some of the old Grey Daze songs he wrote when they first got married, because he didn't want her to be poor and he was poor as fuck. He kept telling her Grey Daze was gonna get big, so that he wouldn't have to get a real job, so that's the lying part, and he kept pretending to be happy to make her happy. |

none of u have the actual info on this song, where are all of the true LP fans, the ones who liked them since 98? Well this song was on an EP, but not Hybrid Theory, it was on Three Song, the EP that got them hooked up with warner. This is not a Xero song it is a Linkin Park song. It was on Three Song which was Rhinestone [Forgotten] (which WAS on the Xero demo tape, but this time it's sang by Chester Bennington not Mark Wakefield), Esaul[Place For My Head], and Xero[By Myself] (also on a Xero demo tape). The song itself is about their friend Esaul who was an addict to ecstasy and mooched off of them for money. |

this song is so much like Good God by KoRn, and the funny thing is theyre my two favorite songs. This song is about Mike's one girlfriend and their friend Esaul, With You is about that grilfriend and A Place For My Head is about Esaul, and In the End is about Esaul getting hit by a car. IM NOT LYING ABOUT THE ESAUL STUFF, the demo for a place for my head is titled Esaul and the In the End demo talks about him getting hit by a car at the end of each verse. IM NOT LYING LISTEN TO THE SONGS. If I were to explain further, Mike's girlfriend used him, and Esaul used him and Brad for money so that he could buy extacy, and I believe that Esaul is the whole reason that Mark left the band leaving a spot open for Chester. |

wow, the way i see this song is so different, if your like about half the people who like korn, you were into them before Issues, and even Follow The Leader. If you have seen/heard any of the interviews w/ jonathan after Life Is Peachy/before Follow the Leader you would realize he talks about how after writing two albums of screaming he's screamed away all his demons, so this song is pretty much about that. He had nothing to write about anymore, and his music didn't have meaning anymore. |
