That said, their one good aspect (from what I've seen) is their live performance. They're obviously a visual band, what with their masks and shit. Haven't seen them live, but they'd be something pretty cool. |

OK, Slipknot are horribly, horribly overated. The only person in the band I have even a slight amount of respect for is Joey, simply cos he's a damn good drummer. Not the best, mind you, but damn good. Corey is a whiny shithea, and he's SO HARD DONE BY what with his multi-million dollar record deal and what not. It may not be that much, it may even be more, it doesn't matter in the end. He has nothing to complain about. NOTHING. They exist purely on the 'hardcoreness' of them using 666, and goat's heads, and wannabe crap like that. Any person with the slightest semblance of musical ability knows that. They should not be as big as they are. |
