The lines from the booklet that aren't in the song are part of the "original" version of the song that Shining played with Enslaved as part of Nine Nights in Nothingness - Glimpses of Downfall (aka the Armageddon Concerto). Many songs featured on the album Blackjazz are directly influenced by that performance and are often reworkings or rerecordings of those songs.

"Psychodrome" is probably a mix of the word psycho, or some variant like psychopathy, and the word palindrome. Psychopathy is a mental disorder that involves antisocial behavior and an inability to establish meaningful relationships or express love and palindrome is a word or sequence that can be read the same backward or forward. I'm thinking that the theme of the song is maintaining a relationship but not really being able to (psychopathy) but going through the motions anyway and facing the same problems as before so it's a palindrome because it's the same every way you look at it.
