Ever tried to write a song, but you could not find the perfect words to explain your thoughts and feelings, and then you hear lyrics that seem like they should have come from your mouth? That’s this song for me. I feel like I should have written this song, because my thoughts are brought to life through it. I was recently introduced to this band and Rockwell Ryan, and I’ve still never had the opportunity to hear this song, but the lyrics are very powerful. Anyone who has ever been in love knows what it feels like to “sit there slack jawed and nothing to say” and to “shiver but in a good way.” My favorite line in this song is the title line, “She's all that I see, and she's all that I need, and I'm out of my league once again.” Who wants to just settle for someone? I say live your dream, never settle. Find someone you can fall deliriously in love with. Always go for someone who is “Out of your league.” -sorry to write a novel...this song just means a lot to me. |
