I agree with human flame-this song could have so many different meanings. It kind of reminds me of a romeo and juliet type of situation. The guy and the girl would do anything to be be together,they love each other,but its an impossible love where nothing can really ever come of it. I think this song is trying to depict a couple striving to make it when the odds are all going against them. I reminds me of the pain i felt when i fell in love someone i just couldnt be with and i wanted to protect the person in question from my feelings. 'And I can barely look at you But every single time I do I know we'll make it anywhere Away from here' I;d have done anything for the person but as human flame said 'sometimes love cant win'. |
