its good i like it. it has meaning, but i dont kno what it is. exept it is obviously linked, strongly to the excellent novel '1984' maybe its tryin to say, someone is always watching you silently, discussing you and your problems, or just thinking about you. but like i said i duno, i am no philosopher just some random kid that has ideas, n that luvs incubus... i gess... |

i is been readin the 'argument' between diseased and amused with christianlovingod, and no offence or anythin but dont you think its kinda petty to be sayin all this stuff, when its just a band and its just music. music is a massive part of evri1s life, for some people its their job, it can decide your friends, it can save you from death or insanity. but just because you dont agree ovr one song or one band doesnt mean that it can cause an 'argument' thanku

i gess this song is just about how hidden we are from what rely goes on, and altho we are not completely exposed to it, we still have some ideas, but when these arise they are knocked bak down, 'and nevr mind that noise you heard, its just the beats under you bead, in your closet in your head' saying that you may have heard something but its just an illusion, its all in your head, its not real. it also is talking to a child, perhaps implying how inoccent we are, without knowledge, ignorant to the truth.... patronising |

firstly this song is a great example of quality incubus. the meaning is to not let anyone hold you back, because you are nevr going to get anything done and you wont acheive the things that are important to you. do what you want to do, because altho it may not be the best idea, you arent being controlled. and altho the song is telling you to do something its your choice. |
