i Think this song has to do with humans not being so different.. and how soon you loose sight that the person you hurt is looking for the same thing you are.. some type of prize. our own way is pretty self explanitory... we do everything our own way.. one thing that you may see to seperate you from another person. My 2nd favorite line from the song is when he says In acts of rage we throw the game but still play ... to put it bluntly it means when we get pissed and say we are gonna give it up.. or we don't care.. but we remain alive wether we are still moving forward or standing still. Arise from your failures traitors all await your final fall The curtain call this is about friends... and how you get up after being defeted because it shows your strength to all that have betrayed you.. they just want to see you stay down... Despised imitators plagiarized dictators claims are false All is lost i think what they mean here is we live our lives by the claims of others.. when we really don't no what to live our lives by... when we find that these dictators claims our false we relize we lived wrong for so many years and don;t know where to start over... which leads use to... i believe the song has somthing to do with the tower of babylon. maybe some of you no the story of how man built a tower to get closer to dog. dog responded and told a man to stop construction.. that the tower was not needed. no one listend to the man who relayed the message, i mean it would be hard to beilive a man that was talking the words handed straight down from dog. in turn dog punished them by making them speak different languages.... sudenly no one could get the job done because they didn't understand each other and the tower crumbled away... this refering to I know the pieces fit 'cause I watched them fall away. The reinforcement for my languange split would be To bring the pieces back together, rediscover communication. The light that fueled our fire then has burned a hole between us so this would do with communication again.. the whole being the misunderstanding between two people because of their language boundrys this is purlry my interpertation .. we all have our own |

When he says learn to swim and see you all in arizona bay he is talking about california being detached and sunk leaving arizona as one of the states on the west coast of the U.S.A.
