This song IS beautiful. It gives me a whole new outlook on Eminem. And did you know that he doesn't even allow his daughter to listen to his own music. He IS a really good dad, no matter what his image portrays. He loves his daughter more than anything else in the world. I really truly think it's what keeps him going. He loves that kid so much. It's really a sweet and moving thing. Hell, who knows? Does everyone SERIOUSLY think that the people like Eminem are REALLY like that? It's called BUISNESS! He's fucking FAMOUS. Do you think he'd dump all that? Would you? I also think that if it came between his daughter and his career, he'd dump his career. The point is that I think Eminem is a pretty sensitive guy when it comes down to it. He's not what everyone thinks he is. This song shocked and moved me nearly to tears. Em may not have the best singing voice in the world, but then again, do YOU? And he's not actually that bad at singing. If Em does read these... then EM THIS IS YOUR FINEST WORK, WHICH IS SAYIN' SOMETHIN'! |

Love this song. One of my all-time faves. LilRyan is sooo right; us chicks (or me at least) think it's EXTREAMLY hott when guys sing along to this song! It's such a sad, yet powerful song. I think we can all relate at some point, unless we're one of those people who always gets who they want (I know at least one of those people). |

I LOVE this song! It is so sad and I can sooo relate! And about her dying, it's just a sample of the kinds of things that happen every day. Think about it you guys. I mean, really. I agry with QTPi101. This song DOES have a lot of meaning. It is so something I'd play for someone if I wanted them back. It is the most meaningful song ever. I didn't know she wrote it herself! That's just amazing for anyone who can write a song with such moving lyrics. |

I feel so much for the character of Eponine. I used to and still do listen to this song and sing along because I can sooo relate to it! The lyrics are beautiful and just the soft air of it all... I couldn't explain it in words. My dream is to play Eponine in Les Mis; she is my favorite character and she is so like me. |

My mom had me listen to the entire soundtrack before we went to see the play. I feel so much for Eponine because I have gone through and continue to go through the pain she felt because she had to watch the man she would do anything for fall in love with another woman. At least she didn't have to see that same woman break the man's heart. It's even worse because (depending on the guy) they go into this deep depression.
I cried endlessly when I first heard this song. In the play, I cried even more because I was seeing it. In the play, she kisses him (him kissing her back) before she dies, then she dies in his arms. This play made me cry sooo many times! I sware I used a thousand kleenexes. I have yet to read the book, but I plan on it VERY soon. |

This song means so much to me. My first slow dance... and it was with the guy that hurt me so many times but we are attempting to restrengthen our bond. There was just some connection with this song and that event. It is so symbolic, for some more than others. It was just amazing because it was as if the song were allowing him to mend me.
But I'll shut up about my stupid relationship. Great song! If you've seen the video, it's about a girl, not god. In the video, he hits the girl with the car, but they're together in the apartment later. It's kind of strange, but I really understand the connection there. |
