This is NOT a christian band! This is a metal band with Christian band members. I asked Tim myself at sunshine festival in Minnesota. (I drove 3 1/2 hours just to see them, and only them) This was a christian rock festival. I was like "so... what are you guys even doing here?" He basically said that they were all christians, but really they were just trying to get some diverse exposure. He said "we would pretty much play anywhere." This is not a christian band. I know because I was at the shitty festival with a bunch of brainless, closeminded idiots...most of them in a form of a christian rock band. Although this band may have christian memebers, the band in and of itself is certainly not christian. *note a good way to find out if a band is christian is to look for the words "god" or "jesus" in the lyrics. So give it up you fucking evangelist mother fuckers. |

| Unearth – This Lying World Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| This song seems to make many references to a storm and to evil. It seems to be another rip on conservative, corrupt government. "Terminate this irnon fist." "The bastards of facist culture." Overall, this is kind of trying too hard to be profound since the song doesn't even make alot of sense. With so few lyrics, and so little concrete wordage, I just feel like they are really just TRYING to be profound without having a real message. Does anyone know what I am talking about? | |

| whatever man I like the "breakdown." It is an ambiguous term. Who is to say that he meant the musical term. How could you let that dissapoint you? That is so dumb. haha. | |

"feed lies for war" could have something to the false pretenses for invading Iraq like WMDs and other falso threats. "god sent politics" sounds like bush to me. Since he said that god told him to invade iraq. "Leaders of the free world Lead into the land of the un-free" I believe this is simple the United States leading troops into a Iraq. This song is incredible by the way. |

We are enemy Divided of the system Crossing democracy Trading it in this time...yeah This is another way I saw the fourth stanza written. There seems to be a governmental theme in this song. "voice of anarchy" and that verse. I have interpreted this song as basically the desire for the people to rise above the power of government. The CD is called doomsday machine which a believe is government in general. The word nemesis is an oponent who cannot be beaten. This leads me to believe that the song calls for people to unite into an unbeatable group that will oppose the current governments. |

| In Flames – The Quiet Place Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Sorry you all but im with judd.(my name is also jud) This song has melody but way to much production and not enough raw instruments. I saw In flames live last week and everyone sat around for the new songs, as to the old ones it was insane. The new album lack's musical talent-the bass player uses the same line in over 6 songs! that is just not creative. They are an awesome band but they have taken a step back and nothing else can be said about it. | |
