Oooo, In adition, If this Gorillaz song was about drugs, wouldnt that be the first one? I think Gorrillaz is above such issues. The rest of the Album has repeatedly been confirmed as about senseless war and greed, why would this one song be about drugs? "Push it/Is she"....I have no idea. It sounds like both in different parts of the song. The female voice says at around 2:25 "....real pretty" so it makes better sense as "Is she" in that case. May as well flip a coin either way though. |

Im pretty sure "Think of something to say no to" is "They've got something to say no to" Not only is that the way its written, but when I listen to the version from the album through headphones, its obviously not think to, its they've got. |

Oh, just remembered more Indigo information: Indigo is a mix of Blue and purple, some argue whether it is a real colour at all. Maynard calls it a shade? Anyways, Blue traditionally means:"healing, relaxation, peace, truth, wisdom, clarity of expression, serenity, meditation, harmony, calm, devotion, spiritual understanding, introspection (think of a clear blue sky or the ocean)" While Purple:"power, healing, magic, combatting disease and infections, spirituality, psychic healing, meditation, judgement, flamboyance, ceremony (think of royal purple)" SO If we mix the Flamboyant Judgements and symbol of royalty from Purple, and Add the Truth, Wisdom and Introspection of Blue, we could ultimately end up with Emotions (weeping shades of chosen Indigo) That match the postion of Maynard himself, He preaches truth, wisdom, and introspection; as well as judging others. And Now he is weeping in his Hypocracy. The Church preach the same as him in a different light and colour (that they chose) as well as judge all who dont see things their way. I copied those colour meanings from some Kooky site, Im not a hippie. Feel free to take what you like from my theories and information to form your own, always good to see free and open thought in action. |

The Indigo Children were a concept thought up around 15-20 years ago now, so that would make the first ones at least 25, Its also Blatent Penny pinching, and the concept has changed to target Parents with Hyperactive kids, who seek Alternative Diagnosises and treatments for ADD ADHD. But that, is irrelevent. Whats so special about Indigo Children, if they make up at least 95% of those born anyways? Heres a New Perspective on The Pot though, Perhaps the hypocracy is directed at Maynard? hence the echo (which isnt an echo, the quiet voice is *ahead* of the loud one, the voice we hear is the echo - singing to himself) and The reference to the Mirror throughout. Perhaps Maynard is introspective about his treatment of christians after his mothers death, he is a hypocrit in that way. Woo! Absurd Interpretation FTW! There are two kinds of meanings, Maynards meanings, and individual Interpretations, Due to the nature of tool, and their ethos, we will never know the actual Meanings Maynard has for each word. So Lets just Enjoy fresh perspectives instead of campaigning for your individual interpretation to stomp on someone elses. Oh No! | Ulcius, KoRn have got to be, the most down to earth, laid back rock stars i know. if you have seen their DVD Duece, you will see how "serious" they are. Serious people dont get drunk every day, and spit peanuts at each other, laughing hysterically. Although, they have definately quit drinking to the extent they were during "Life is Peachy" and Follow the Leader. | |
