As if the original wasnt funny enough! Pure genius, tears rolled down my face when I first heard this masterpiece. Weird al, thankyou. I was dissapointed not to hear any midget references, but thats cool - i guess R Kelly raised a few eyebrows when he mocked the little guys. |

I gotta stick up for Lucie here, although you guys have said the most important thing - it's a metallica song (and always will be) - Lucie sings this song in her own talented way, and above that she sounds as if she means it, this makes the whole 'its a cover' pill a lot easier to swallow. I'm not a massive Metallica fan, but when i heard this song originally, my opinion trebled of them. It's kinda out of character for them but, wow, it works. This song is probably more suited to female solo, so wen Lucie sings it we get a more typical sound with this 'opening up of the heart' song. Let it be said, she does great job with it. all imo :) |
