This is a song about the "School of the Americas"(SOA). It is a training camp set up by the US government in Fort Benning Georgia. It's purpose it quite simple: to produce terror and death squad out of radicals from Latin American nations. This is meant to destablize any revolutionary ideas and people so that the Americas can remain under US control. |

I think this song is a comment on the capitalist system as a whole. That the management (pimps) are in it for the money, and will sell out the workers (hookers) regardless of any moral obligation. "thier getting laid, while you getting laid off"

I definetly think he's talking about Vietnam.
He's keeps reflecting with nostalgia on his past (that's where the storm of 50' comes in) and reflecting on how bad his current situation is (i.e.never felt this fucking cold).
So I agree with Seanie that this song has a war meaning. That and the name of the song is WARbrain, c'mon. |
