Think about it. surer we all like to discuss this stuff, but in the end we don't really want to know what the songs mean, cuz if we ever do it'd take away the sheer brilliance and meaningfullness of dave and his work. |

you what I hate? when people use a comment board to tell their fucking life stories. I mean, if you're gonna go all elaborate and descriptive at least ge the shit right...honestly, you're just wasting our fucking time. girl's not grey is about havok coming to terms with a dead love in his life, not a dead person...a dead LOVE...that's what this song is about. I've read all these comments posted here and a few of you have got it right. The whole entire sing the sorrow cd is a continuous tale, a story if you will, of davye and his life long battle with himself, his own issues and emotions/ as well as beliefs, up against those of the people he loves and cares about most. This song is illustrating his realization that the way he is can ruin some of the good things in his life. |
