When I first heard it I thought it was about the Patriot Act and how it is meant to prevent terrorism but is really hurting us instead (we tried to bleed the sickness but we drained our hearts instead). I also thought it had to do with us forgetting everything our country was founded upon by putting the act into effect.
Although I now see how it can be interpreted as being about faith. |
