| Jewel – Who Will Save Your Soul Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| In my opinion Jewel is one of the greatest poets of this century not to mention one of the greatest song writers, she's up there with Jim Morrison and Bob Dylan. This is all my opinion. This song hurts the people that it mostly applies to, not saying it doesn't apply to everyone but the people who choose to lie to themselves by saying their lives are healthy. | |
| Unwritten Law – Save Me (Wake Up Call) Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| this song is obviously about drug addiction, "had a relapse" "my sickness" "went to rehab" "got medication A NEW ADDICTION" when they put people through detox they give them medication to help the physical side effects and after all that they usually prescribe anti deppressants or anti phycotics because most druggies screw up their brain nerves and hormones so most got their mental problems from drugs or they already had them and used drugs to self medicate. People call addiction a "disease" or a "sickness" he wants to quit but he doesnt want to change who he is or in other words he doesnt want to give up the good feelings drugs give him. sometimes drug addiction is a life on going thing and they never get help despite how much they want to or how many people reach out to them. The drug takes over, especially with physically addictive drugs. he tried to get into heaven but he had too much fun. a lot of christians think of drug use as a sin. thats is why i think this is about addiction. I know a lot about this and the backround because i can relate | |

To me this song is about a parent being a suffering alcoholic or drug addict. and you bring me to my knees again all this time that I could beg you please in vain all the times that I felt insecure for you and I leave burdens at the door And the kid is wondering where there parent is. And begging them to be somewhere or do somthing when they know that there mom or dad wont. And then later in the kids life he never delt with his problems with his dad or mom and ends up having a drug problem or alcohol problem too. And the parent is saying ur ugly like me and i can see through you. |

| Nickelback – Because Of You Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| This song is about a drug addict who lost everything for nothing and it is because of them. They blame everything and everyone but themselves. And the person singing is saying im not gonna see u do this to urself. | |
| Michelle Branch – Are You Happy Now? Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| I can relate to this song. When i listen to this song i think of somebody who is addicted to drugs and gave up everything for them. They dont care about anything anymore and is left alone. And michelle is asking if they are happy after they gave up so much for nothing. And she is sick of worrying and sick of caring about this person. And she doesnt need this to bring her down. | |
